Delivery & collection

• The delivery or collection date and time is selected at checkout.
• Any applicable delivery fee is shown at checkout before the order is placed. Where an order qualifies for free delivery, this is also shown at checkout.
• Self-collection: no delivery charge. The collection address is sent via WhatsApp once the order is confirmed.

Terms of service

• Orders placed on this website are requests and are subject to acceptance by the chef. No payment is taken at checkout.
• Once an order is accepted, PayNow payment details are sent via WhatsApp (or by email where no phone number has been provided).
• An order is confirmed once payment has been received. Preparation begins only after confirmation.
• Order progress can be followed on the tracking page using the order number.
• All prices are in Singapore dollars.
• Payment is to be made via PayNow to Chemmeen Pte Ltd (UEN 202314085Z).
• Chemmeen Pte Ltd is not GST-registered. No GST is charged on listed prices.
